HomePod mini — Visual Development + Product Launch
I was deeply involved in the development of HomePod mini from early visual exploration through final launch, working as part of the broader Apple team for nearly a year. My role spanned look development, product visualization, lighting, materials, motion and interaction studies, helping establish how the product would look, move, and communicate across the launch.
I worked closely with the team to develop and refine the visual language down to the smallest product details, with particular focus on the illuminated touch surface and its behavior across Siri interactions and device states. As the work moved into production, I helped carry that direction through vendor collaboration, reviews, refinement, and final execution across launch films, commercials, and supporting product imagery.
